Great customer service! Hired complete kilt attire for my husband for a wedding. Ordered from the UK, picked up on agreed date, everything was prepared and fitted perfectly. Got exactly what we asked for. Returned a couple of days after. Really pleased with service.

Their pantry selection includes harder to find items, including iron bru. They have a wonderful selection of sweets, including lozenges, chocolate and. An impressive selection of jams, marmalades and pickles. They have a small frozen section.. Also a nice selection of quality, bags and tartan wares. And of course accessories.

This is one of the best stores in the Durham region. The lady at the counter is always helpful and polite. It is a wonderful place if you are looking for things from across the pond.

First visit in many a year. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Didn't have the outfit originally chosen on the hire day but with their help chose another that will be just as good. Recommend this retailer.

Great quality, big selection and best price

The most bizarre customer service I have ever experienced, I walked in this morning and the lady didn't even acknowledge us it was almost an inconvenience to have us there. Extremely unhelpful and to be honest a lack of choice. Didn't want to take my order as they aren't taking November orders right now. Very strange I don't fancy ordering 12 days before my event to much can go wrong. Avoid this place at all costs.

Went in to buy a Sgian dubh and was told to come back later as out of the two staff in that department , one was on lunch break the other unpacking stock and not willing to serve me.I won't be back to the Holborn shop.
